Waterwalls are specially designed bags made of rubberised fabric and equipped with flanges, which enable the Waterwalls to be filled with water and emptied after use. The textile inlay is made of a high-strength PES fabric and is covered with rubber on both sides. The rubber used is very robust and can withstand the worst weather conditions, ozone and UV radiation and also has good abrasion resistance.

Separate Waterwalls bags are connected to build a barrier of desired length in the endangered area and then filled with water when ready.
Save time & money. Traditional flood prevention methods should be a thing of the past.
Traditional methods require 760 man-hours to build 100m of sandbags whereas Waterwalls only take 14 man hours to cover 100m. The first time you use Waterwalls you are saving money not only in terms a labour but also in materials as to cover 100m with sand bags requires 280,000 kg of sand, 7000 40kg sacks , labour in engineering the montage and de-montage and all the sand to be delivered at once would require 56 five tonne lorries. When you compare this to the one off cost of Waterwalls that would only require 20 men to do the same, the savings are immense. Obviously subsequent uses of Waterwalls are then pure gain.

Waterwalls can be put in place and then removed with no trace of its presence left. There will be no problem left with the disposal of wet sand, gravel, earth etc.
Waterwalls are easy to handle. It takes only two people to install Waterwalls. They are easily stored and are reusable. They can be filled with river water using the pump from a fire truck. Typical fill time per bag is approximately 15 minutes.
Waterwalls are produced to basic types A & B. Type A is designed mainly for the heightening of riverbanks and damming streets etc. Type B is designed for protecting the entrances to buildings and any lowly situated windows. Waterwalls can also be used to temporarily dam a river or stream.

One standard bag can replace approximately 300 sand bags. Both Type A and Type B are available in lengths of 2m, 3m, 4m, and 5m. Custom lengths are available on request.
Our Waterwalls can also be used as an emergency bag or as a storage bag for service water .

They are suitable for capturing hazardous liquids in case of spills and can be transported on a flat bed vehicle by using tie down belts.
